The bedding I ordered online from Woolrich. It is really nice quality. I got a lot of the accessories at Hobby Lobby. Like the deer over the bed, some of the things on the shelves and the awesome switch plate covers. I also made the shelves, they were quite simple. I will add a tutorial post on them later.
The curtains were "sew" simple. Ha! Just the check fabric with the added black band on the bottom. Which was an accident... I made them too short and then had to add the black on the bottom. But, I like how they turned out. Sometimes accidents happen for a reason. Maybe?
My hubby and I made the headboard. Well I designed it and told him how to build it. He is amazing that way. I will post a tutorial a little later.
Then on this wall, I used some boxes I made a while ago for my daughters room but have since changed that room also. I painted them with black spray paint. The "explosive" signs are parts of an old box I found that held dynamite. It has a date on it that says 1944. I thought they would be fun and unique.
The lamp was also from Hobby Lobby. It is so perfect for the room, I just had to have it.
It was a fun room to do and it was a success in my teenage boy's eyes so that's even better.
